Great play when it works

Ive been playing for a couple of weeks now. Each time a character dies, it loses all the experience youve gained. This wouldnt be so bad, except the game freezes and the only way out is to quit, which counts as a loss. Major long term waste of time, and wildly frustrating.

However, if this doesnt happen to you, the game is highly worth it. Unfortunately, there is nowhere to report this in the game.
